The unicorn latte recipe


Ingredients (for 3 large cups):

  • 3 cups of coconut vegetable drink
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 60g powdered ginger
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of spirulina extract
  • 3 dates

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, combine the vanilla bean extract, ginger, lemon juice, and dates. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the vegetable coconut drink. Remove the pan from the heat and add the spirulina.
  3. Add vegetable milk and spirulina to the blender container.
  4. Sprinkle with ginger powder. Serve hot and frothy.
