3 questions to ask yourself if you want to change your body

Your body doesn't change overnight. It takes hard work and perseverance. You can ask yourself these three questions if you want to change your body.

Is your workout good enough?
You want to change your body, but are you training for it? Are you training hard enough to sweat, get out of breath, or feel like you've trained the next day?

Do you train often enough and persevere?
Choose a sport or training that you really enjoy, so it is easier to keep up. And that's great, because it can be difficult to persevere if the hoped-for result is not immediately visible.
