3 things that disrupt your workout

We love to make time for sports, but we prefer to use that time as effectively as possible. We can't use these 3 little things that hinder your workout.

Uncomfortable sportswear
Sportswear may be beautiful, I'd like to, but it's even more important that it fits well. Tight pants, shirts that are too short and tight or an outfit that makes you feel uncomfortable distract you and therefore hinder your workout.

A pair of headphones that are uncomfortable
Music excites you during exercise, but anyone who has ever stood on the treadmill for half an hour with earphones that do not stay in place, knows why exercising is not good for you…

Too crowded gyms
Weeknights are generally the busiest nights at the gym. You certainly won't get the most out of your workout if you have to queue to get to a fitness machine. If you have the opportunity, try to exercise at less busy times.
