5 tips for when you have little time to exercise

Anyone can make time to exercise, it's a matter of really wanting it, prioritizing and planning. With these tips you will succeed.

1. Start your day with sports
Is your problem that you put off exercising, so that it doesn't happen in the end? Don't give yourself a chance to procrastinate. Get up a little earlier and start your day with sports.

2. Keep it short
High Intensity Interval Training is a good choice if you are short on time. In a short time you give everything, so that fifteen minutes already makes a difference.

3. Combine sports with a social activity
Meet a friend at the gym or go for a walk or rollerblading together. Afterwards you can have a drink and catch up without getting out of breath.

4. Make exercise a habit
Don't wonder if you're going to exercise or not. Just do it, just like brushing your teeth and getting dressed. It helps if the sport you do fits in with your lifestyle.

5. Get enough sleep
You need 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night. Getting enough sleep is important, so don't sacrifice a good night's sleep to exercise.
