5 tips against the after-Christmas dip

Get rid of that lame and bloated feeling. Beat the after-Christmas dip with these 5 tips.

1. Take a shower
Start the day fresh. After the gourmet smell is out of your hair, you'll probably feel a lot better. So don't walk around in your pajamas for too long, but get a fresh start.

2. Eat breakfast
After all that yesterday's food, you may be tempted to skip breakfast; because you are still full or because you feel that you have to balance. Do not! Prepare a healthy and nutritious breakfast so as not to disrupt your metabolism further. Moreover, you reduce the chance that you will eat all the unhealthy left-overs from yesterday this afternoon.

3. Get moving
