Annemerel:'You can't be the best version of yourself every day.'

Anyone who enjoys running and a healthy lifestyle will certainly know blogger Annemerel de Jongh (26). Her blog Annemerel.com is fresh and inspiring and Annemerel's first book has recently been released.

Reason enough to interview Annemerel about her lifestyle. For example, we discovered that Annemerel hates the gym, but does ten minutes of exercises four to five times a week to keep her body a little tight. Annemerel:'I like planks the most. It's the easiest for someone as motor impaired as I am.'

Also a relief:Annemerel runs a lot and does exercises. She can't resist sweets. She eats cake three or four times a week.
