How to get more out of your treadmill

You can walk or run on it… But you can also vary a bit and make it a bit more intensive. With these three tips you can get more out of your treadmill.

1. Keep your arms above your head

By raising your arms, you increase your heart rate and automatically tense more muscles. Do you want to make it a little heavier? Then move your arms up and down.

2. Walk sideways
