In America, this has been the number one fitness trend for a while! And the great thing is, you need very little. Except for a little perseverance.

The American College of Sports Medicine asked 3,000 sports experts about the number one fitness trend. What seems? Bodyweight training is by far the most popular workout. In other words:training without weights and yes, this includes ordinary push-ups. Push-ups are an effective way to improve your fitness and train your entire core. You will also get stronger wrists and your coordination will improve.
