Determine what tires us

First of all, it is very important to be able to know if the fatigue you feel is physical or mental (or both!). Indeed, it is quite common to feel tired at midday simply because the brain no longer has enough energy to deal with stress. In this case, it's not a nap that we need, but a break from our hectic daily life! We therefore offer ourselves a 20-minute break to (choose one) go for a walk, meditate, read a book, have a coffee with a colleague… All while disconnecting completely. Whatever emergencies to manage, they can wait 20 minutes and this break will reboost us and give us the energy we need. What if it is purely physical fatigue? The 20-minute break can do us good too, but we think of taking a micro-nap instead.

Surround yourself with positive people

No, we are not going to say that seeing a person in great shape can give us back the energy of our 20s after a sleepless night, on the other hand, it has been shown that the people around us have an impact on us. Have you ever felt stressed when an ultra-stressed person walks into the room? Thus, by surrounding yourself with positive people full of energy, you only take the risk of benefiting from their energy! Conversely, in times of great fatigue, we limit interactions with negative people...

Make a magnesium cure

Fatigue can be a sign of a lack of magnesium (with low morale, cramps, anxiety, etc.). To overcome this, we get into the habit of biting about twenty unsalted almonds daily. It's good and moreover, it's good for our body...

Eat light

Consuming foods that are too fatty, too sweet or too salty is tiring because these foods are difficult to digest. It is better to focus on foods rich in protein (animal or vegetable), vitamins (fruits and vegetables) and fatty acids. And of course, we eat in reasonable quantities to avoid tiring the body. We can also do a checkup with the doctor to check that we have no deficiencies that could explain our fatigue.

Drink water

Lack of water in the body can also result in fatigue. We therefore make sure to drink enough (1.5 liters minimum per day, we remind you) and, in case of slack, we start by drinking a glass of fresh water.
