Well, not much. If not eggs , but that’s no surprise. In the morning we drink coffee or tea, without sugar accompanied by 2 or 3 egg whites, without the yolk and 0% dairy. At lunch , surprise, we eat 2 to 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg with the yolk (yay). A vegetable broth at will. 1 dairy at 0% and water with lemon juice . In the meantime, of course, you can drink as much water as you want. At dinner … well, exactly the same program as at lunch. Nothing really fun. We wouldn't try it.
