Would you like a head massage?

What is head massage good for?

To relax the mind, relax the whole body, relieve stiff necks, headaches, and even improve concentration. Basically, it's all good.

We put ourselves in a (good) position.

Ideally, standing (to ensure a correct distribution of muscular forces and allow energy to flow smoothly), feet hip-width apart, and straight, not stiff as a post either. The chin tucks slightly into the neck and the arms fall on either side of the body.

We're getting ready!

To release a maximum of energy and optimize the self-massage, perform a dozen flexions/extensions (bend down by bending the legs). Then, we warm the palms of the hands by rubbing them against each other. This will make the massage more pleasant and relaxing.

We massage.

1 – Slide the skin over the bones with the fingertips, using circular movements. All over the skull, from the ears to the top.

2 – We smooth the forehead with the fingertips, going from the center to the temples, and alternating left hand, right hand.

3 – Perform circular pressure on the temples, with the thumbs, upwards, then backwards (pressing well).

4 – We pull strands of hair from different places on the skull. Not even bad, and it promotes microcirculation!

5 – Finally, place one hand flat on the top of the skull, and rotate the palm in one direction, then in the other.
