I want to put an end to evening nibbling

We reset the clocks. The more you deprive yourself – especially of starches – during the day, the more you want or need to eat in the evening. The parade:make real meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) complete and sufficient, so that you are satisfied when you leave the table and until the next meal.

We're rocking dinner. No, eating spaghetti in the evening does not make you fat! Rich in slow sugars, pasta like other starchy foods (cereals, pulses, bread, etc.) provides long-lasting stability and promotes sleep. If you add a bowl of soup or a plate of raw vegetables before, a slice of ham or an egg with it, and a yogurt or fruit afterwards, it still moderates the appetite.

We clean the closets. OK:Lola and Lulu love the Little Schoolboys. But there is no question of having 20 packets in stock, as well as 20 chocolate bars, the large family size box of Tagada or the XXL jar of Nutella… The fewer the temptations there are, the less tempted we are. And then bread/butter/jam, it's healthier for everyone.

We're planning a decompression chamber after work. Because snacking and stress are linked, we leave our worries on the landing when we get home. The best way to get there? Have fun by taking care of yourself pleasantly, for example with sports, a TV series, a bath, a phone call to a friend...

We split his dinner in two. If the fridge continues to act like a magnet, we keep the bread/cheese, yoghurt or fruit of our meal for later and we savor it in front of the TV with a hot drink (herbal tea, decaf, even hot chocolate, instead of the dairy).
