3 daily tips to boost your brain

1 – Write down what you have learned anew

No need to write a novel, or write prose, just a few minutes each day to write down what you have learned. This is the best way to boost your brain. Even a paragraph is enough.

Taking this reflex imprints the information on your brain and keeps it on "learning alert".

2 - Make an "I made a list"

We have all been incredibly amazed at not knowing what to answer to the question:"What did you do yesterday", as if we had already forgotten everything... We experience things and we are the first to skip them. However, a large part of intelligence is based on confidence and happiness. We can boost them by writing down these moments so as not to forget them, concentrating on what we have done rather than what we want to do allows us to show ourselves all that we have accomplished (in fact!).

3 – Explain to others

Everything that is clearly thought is clearly stated, they say. Well, that's exactly what we have to try to do every day:try to simply explain to others what we have learned or just read (the article on the political situation in Uzbekistan?). We can thus be really sure of having understood what we have read by trying to teach it to others. Our neurons love this game!
