The plank remains one of the most favored and effective exercises. Combine the plank with jumping jacks to take it to the next level.

How do you do the exercise?
Start in the plank. Make sure your shoulders are above your wrists or rest on your elbows. Your feet are together. Then you start with the jumping jacks by jumping and spreading your legs. Keep your upper body stable. Repeat 30 times.
