No excuses, plan the sports

With a full-time job, lectures that have started again and a busy social life, it is sometimes difficult to schedule sports. With these 3 tips you can make sports part of your schedule and you won't get out of it.

1. Schedule sports
Schedule sports in the same way as you do with other appointments. Put sports in your agenda, make an appointment to go together with someone.

2. Choose a flexible sport
Many studies have varying schedules, which makes it useful to also practice a sport that you can do whenever you want. Think of running, a gym with classes at different times or a workout at home.

3. Choose a gym with multiple locations
Work out immediately after work at the location next to the office or in the evening at your home around the corner. Being a member of a multi-site gym can make it easier to find time for exercise.
