Make your back more flexible with these 3 stretches

Have you been sitting in front of your screen all day? Your back doesn't like that! Try these stretching exercises to make your back more flexible.

Stretch 1

Put your left hand behind your head. Place your right hand on your elbow. Make sure that you do not (unconsciously) push your head forward. There's plenty of room for your head to keep looking forward. Then do the exercise with your other hand behind your head.

Stretch 2

Grab your hands behind your back. To feel more stretch, you can raise your hands slightly. You can even bend your upper body forward. Place your chin on your chest.

Stretch 3

Sit cross-legged on the floor. Put your right foot past your left knee and rotate your upper body to the left. Do you feel little stretch? Then place your left hand behind your back and look over your shoulder, then twist your torso the other way and switch legs.
