GENERAL INFORMATION

INGREDIENTS
• 90g hazelnut powder • 150g icing sugar • ½ vanilla pod • 60g flour • 4 egg whites • 100g butter • 1 pinch of fine salt • icing sugar for decoration
PREPARATION

  • Preheat the oven to 185°C.
  • In a pan, place the butter and melt it until it turns hazelnut in color. Pour into a ramekin.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, hazelnut powder, icing sugar, fine salt and the pulp of the vanilla pod. Whisk in the egg whites 1 by 1. Stir and add the hazelnut butter. Pour into the buttered and floured cake pan.
  • Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • At the end of cooking, unmold on a wire rack. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
