Tobacco and stress would increase the risk of heart attack in women

We remember the symptoms that the woman develops when she is the victim of a heart attack. New data on the subject was recently unveiled by the President of the French Federation of Cardiology, Claire Mounier-Vehier:stress and tobacco would considerably increase the risk of heart attack in women. The scientist specified that an increase of 4.8% per year in the number of heart attacks in women under 54 had been observed between 2009 and 2013.

The causes of the increasingly early infarction are, according to the specialist, smoking (especially in women who have been exposed for 20 years) and stress. The accumulation of the two can therefore prove to be an explosive cocktail for the heart. Symptoms of a heart attack are mainly chest pain, followed by gasping on exertion, fatigue and palpitations. So we are careful, and we do not hesitate to consult a health specialist if necessary!
