Gaining weight through exercise

Going to the gym doesn't necessarily mean you will lose weight. Research shows that 25 percent of people gain weight right after they start exercising.

Compensation
39 percent of gym goers burn only 300 calories with their workout. After a glass of wine (190 calories) or a KitKat (233 calories), there is very little left. Sometimes sports are taken as a precaution:almost 49 percent sometimes exercise to compensate for the calories of later. All those drinks in the city seem a lot less bad then. Because if you're working out well, you can reward yourself with something tasty, right?

Control
According to the spokesperson for the study, many people take up sports because they feel they have more control there than over their eating habits. If you know that you are going to eat a lot, why not burn it (partly) in advance?

No discouragement
In any case, we will not be discouraged. Exercising stays healthy and it's the perfect way to clear your head.
