Marianne: 'Want to build up your fitness? Repetition is important here. You will not get in shape from training once. Ideally, you repeat your training at least twice a week, for example 2x football, tennis, boot camps or of course ice skating.

Difficulty keeping up with sports?
After exercise, the substance dopamine is released, which gives a good feeling. Sometimes you may have to make the effort to start exercising again, but once you get home you feel good. You did it again!

Commit to a good cause Fun runs or other events are often organized for a good cause. It can be a great goal and a stick behind the door to train somewhere.”
