How can you look good while exercising?

We all know that exercise is good for you. For your body and also for your mood. But when you look in the mirror and see your red head, your sweaty clothes, and your wispy hair, all you think about is what it takes to straighten that out a bit. However, that should not stop you from spending an hour at the gym, swimming pool or exercising outside. What's the trick? Make sure you feel good about yourself. And don't compare yourself with others who complete all the exercises without any effort.

There's nothing to do about that red head

Or is it? For starters, you can train at your own level. Excessive effort adds nothing, you only run the risk of (ugly) injuries. It is better to do a few more reps with some rest in between than to train too hard. You cannot completely avoid a red head, but by drinking some water immediately after a series of exercises, you ensure that the heat can dissipate a bit.

Sweaty-clothing is part of it

Sports make you sweat, that's a given. And that is also a direct sign that your body is working. Did you know that you even sweat in the pool? The sweating can look and feel quite unappealing. It is therefore important that you wear real women's sportswear, for example from Under Armour. Don't forget to buy a good sports bra! These clothes are made to absorb a lot of moisture. This clothing is easy to wash and dry quickly. This way you will soon be ready for the next round of sports!

And what do you do with that wispy hair?

If you have an easy short haircut, it is a matter of running your head under the tap, drying your hair and you are soon presentable again. Do you have long hair? Then put your hair in a ponytail or a braid and wear a headband to keep the peaks out of your face. After exercising, wash your hair immediately and you can look good again.
