Author Carola van Bemmelen introduces the week of Eating Happiness

Carola van Bemmelen thinks it is high time for a new view on food and diets. That is why she is introducing the Week of Eating Happiness from 20 to 24 September, because eating can be fun again!

Carola van Bemmelen has only one mission and that is that all women in the Netherlands will stop dieting. She hopes that every woman will dare to enjoy tasty and healthy food again and that every woman will be happy with herself and her body again.
