What more could you ask for than good, ultra-melting waffles in mouth ? These little sweets, which we never tire of, remind us of our early childhood. We remember our grandmother in the kitchen preparing them with love and garnishing them with passion. We can still imagine ourselves hesitating between the chocolate spread for anintensely gourmet moment , or opt for the more reasonable version with jam. As we grow older, we tend not to eat as much of it as before. But at the same time, the fear of not making them as good as our grandmother haunts us. As a result, we prefer to deprive ourselves of it. Well, that was before our adored chef Cyril Lignac shares with us his simple recipe for fluffy waffles ! Now we have no more excuses not to prepare a huge tower to share with our own family.
