This is how you keep that wonderful holiday feeling

The sun on your skin, your bare feet in the sand. During the summer holidays you are often comfortable in your own skin. How do you enjoy your holiday feeling for as long as possible?

Tip:Stay in your body During the summer holidays you are in constant contact with your body. You enjoy all the sensory sensations:the sun on your skin, the sea breeze on your cheeks, the sand between your toes, the cooling water on your body. But once at home and in the office, you only feel the sensation of the keyboard under your fingers and the air conditioning on your neck. How can you hold onto that physical holiday pleasure? Stay in your holiday body.

Fake it
Pretend you're going to the beach every day; cut and paint your toenails, keep taking care of yourself and shaving. A tight bikini line comes in handy, because nothing is as effective for that holiday feeling as continuing to swim. Find a swimming pool nearby and take another dip with your bikini body. The sauna also works wonders. Chat with friends about their vacations.

As much sun as possible The end of summer is often a sunny period in the Netherlands. Enjoy every ray of sunshine:have lunch outside and settle down on a terrace after work. You can also retain that physical holiday feeling at home:take off your shoes and walk barefoot through your house. Sit on the floor instead of a chair. That is better for your posture and gives you an instant camping feeling. Open the windows and bring fresh air into your home.
